1. MetaboLights – overview, training, advice.... including tutorial on data submission to MetaboLights, considering NMR and MS data, clinical and environmental data types.
2. COSMOS - overview, current status of data standards, update on opensource file formats; standards for metabolite ID
3. Natural Products and that research community – their databases, their reporting standards, opportunities to unite two related fields
4. Deep Metabolome Annotation – discuss plans for extensive characterisation of metabolome, starting with Daphnia.
5. Future strategy - maximising synergies between EBI and metabolomics at Birmingham, e.g. Metabolomics within ELIXIR, metabolomics training courses including on-line, role of the Metabolomics Society.
